Lok Sabha Election 2019 Phase 4 polling begins; 10.3% turnout recorded till 9 am Polling for 72 Lok Sabha constitutions across 9 states began on Monday morning. While Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan will vote for the first time this election season. Maharashtra and Odisha will witness the final phase of polling. Campaigning for the fourth phase of the elections ended Saturday. Candidates made their last effort to sway voters in their favour.  Among the key contestants in Maharashtra, actress Urmila Matondkar is contesting from North Mumbai constituency and Sanjay Dutt’s sister Priya Dutt is contesting from Mumbai North Central.
