After Delhi HC,Madras High Court bans online medicine sales The Madras High Court on Monday imposed a ban on the sale of medicines online. The High Court passed the order on a plea filed by the Tamil Nadu Chemists and Druggists Association (TMCDA). Earlier,on Thursday Delhi High Court had imposed a ban on the online medicine sales.
