Massive fire breaks out in Delhi’s Bawana plastic factory

A massive fire broke out at a plastic granule factory in North Delhi's Bawana Industrial Area Sector 5 on Tuesday morning. Also Read | Russian forces restrict access to mobile networks at Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant According to officials, a sudden fire broke out at the factory around 6.30 AM on Tuesday when 50 workers were present inside. However, all the workers have been rescued safely. Meanwhile, the fire engulfed all the three floors of the factory and also the adjoining factory in the area. The fire department received information at 7:47 AM, following which a total of 25 fire tenders were rushed to the spot and around 100 staff was deployed to douse the flames. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. -PTC News
