PTC Web Desk: The results for CBSE Class 12 have been released, and they can be accessed through several links, including cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, results.digilocker.gov.in, and umang.gov.in. 

According to CBSE, digital academic documents such as mark sheets, certificates, and skill certificates will be available through their digital repository "Parinam Manjusha" immediately after the result declaration. The CBSE has also stated that school-wise results would be sent to schools via email. The pass percentage for Class 12 CBSE exams has risen from 87.33% in 2023 to 87.98% in 2024, marking an increase of 0.65 percentage points.


The pass rate among female students in CBSE Class 12 exams for the current year stands at 91.52%, showing an increase from last year's 90.68%. On the other hand, male students achieved an 85.12% pass rate this year compared to 84.67% last year. This year, girls have outperformed boys by a margin of 6.40 percentage points. Among transgender students, the pass rate this year is 50%, down from 60% last year.

To check CBSE Class 12 results on results.nic.in for 2024, follow these steps:

Visit the official CBSE Class 12 result websites such as cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in.

Click on the designated result link.

Enter the roll number, school number, and admit card ID.

Submit the details and download the CBSE Class 12 result.

The CBSE Class 12 result link is active on cbseresults.nic.in. Institution-wise, CTSA has achieved the highest pass rate at 99.23%, followed by JNVs at 98.90%, and KVs at 98.81%. The pass rates among government-aided and government schools stand at 91.42% and 88.23%, respectively. Independent schools have a pass rate of 87.70%.

CBSE mark sheets and passing certificates will be available on DigiLocker. Students can download their results by activating their CBSE Class 12 result in their DigiLocker Account using security pins.

For students who couldn't create DigiLocker accounts, they can sign up and link their Aadhaar numbers. If Aadhaar-OTP verification isn't possible, Aadhaar can be linked by entering demographic details. Once logged in, students can browse documents and select CBSE to fetch their certificates.

The CBSE Class 12 result can also be accessed through the UMANG app. Students need to download the UMANG app from Google Play or the iOS app store.

The Class 12 CBSE supplementary exams are scheduled to commence from July 15. The application process for supplementary exams and re-evaluation will be conducted online only.

The CBSE has decided not to release a merit list or award first, second, or third divisions to students to discourage unhealthy competition. However, merit certificates will be issued to the top 0.1% of students, accessible through DigiLocker.
