Fourth student suicide reported in Rajasthan's Kota this year

PTC News Desk: Yet another tragedy has struck Rajasthan's Kota as a student preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) took his own life, marking the fourth such incident this year alone. This adds to the distressing trend of student suicides in the region, with 29 reported cases in the previous year, 2023.

The victim, a JEE aspirant simultaneously preparing for their 12th-grade exams, was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his room. Concern arose when family members failed to receive their usual morning phone call from the student. Upon contacting the warden, they were met with the devastating news of the student's suicide.
