Heart wrenching: Pet Pitbull refuses to leave dead owner's side for four days in Himachal snow
PTC News Desk: In a heart wrenching story from snowbound Bharmaur in Himachal Pradesh's Chamba, a faithful Pitbull refused to leave his dead owner's side for four days despite heavy snowfall and bone chilling cold.
Notably, two young men identified as Viksit Rana and Piyush went missing near the Bharmani temple in Bharmaur. The were later found dead after getting trapped in snow amid harsh weather conditions.

The search operation lasted for four days and when rescue teams finally reached the spot, they witnessed a heart-breaking incident as Piyush's body lay buried under the snow and his pet dog sat beside him.
Despite blizzards, freezing winds, and complete isolation, the animal had refused to abandon its young master.
When the rescue teams tried to retrieve the body, the dog became slightly aggressive as it seemed to believe that the strangers were there to harm his owner. Following significant efforts, gentle coaxing and reassurance, the dog eventually stepped aside and allowed them to carry out the assistance.
The poignant story of dog's unwavering loyalty for his owner despite bitting cold and harsh weather conditions has left an indelible mark, leaving many with teary-eyed.
