Katy Perry to perform at Anant Ambani's pre-wedding party in Cannes: Reports
PTC News Desk: According to reports, Hollywood singer Katy Perry will perform on May 31 at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding celebration in Cannes. The famous person is taking a plane to Cannes, France, to play at a masquerade party this Friday night.
The Sun claims that Katy Perry is "banking millions" to serenade the couple at the La Vite E Un Viaggio celebration. An inside source who described the singer's performance was cited by the foreign outlet. On a space-themed cruise throughout Europe, they have invited 800 people so far, and the itinerary includes stops in Barcelona and Genoa. It will arrive at the lavish celebration, held at an estate worth pound forty million, in Cannes on Friday. The party will barely last five hours, but Katy will be the main attraction, and as part of the first-rate entertainment, a DJ will also be flown in, the insider said.
The source further stated, "Afterwards, guests will watch a huge fireworks display from a small armada of ships waiting in the Bay of Cannes."
Aside from this, the cruise party's performance by worldwide DJ David Guetta set the mood for the celebration.
A video of the well-known band Backstreet Boys performing during a cruise had already surfaced online. The Backstreet Boys—Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean, and Kevin Richardson—performed their hit song "I Wanna Be With You" in front of a sizable crowd on the cruise liner in the viral video. All of them were dressed in white.
Katy's performance takes place about three months after singer Rihanna was invited by business mogul Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani to play at their son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's first pre-wedding celebration in India. Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates were among the guests during the three-day event.
Meanwhile, according to their "Save the date" wedding invitation, which was posted on Thursday, May 30, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant will tie the knot on July 12. The lavish event will take place in Mumbai's Jio World Convention Centre over the course of three days.
