Apache attack helicopter crash accident: An aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) made a crash-landing in Madhya Pradesh's Bhind district on Monday, as per a statement issued by the police. However, no casualty has been reported.
Chambal Zone Inspector General of Police S Saxena was reported as saying, "I have come to know that the aircraft made a crash-landing. There was no fatality or injury in the landing (process)."
As per reports, the Apache attack helicopter made a precautionary landing in a field in a village in Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh.
The AH-64 Apache is the world's most advanced multi-role combat helicopter. The IAF has a fleet of 22 AH-64E Apache attack helicopters, and in 2020, Boeing signed an agreement for the acquisition of six more for the Army.
