Key ministries finalised?

If reports are to be believed, the ministers for the four key ministries have been decided. However, any decision on portfolios of Minister of State is still pending.

Jun 10, 2024 06:27 PM

Why delay in portfolio announcement?

Nearly 24 hours have passed since Narendra Modi was sworn in as Prime Minister for his third consecutive term, along with 71 ministers in his Union Council, but no information has been released regarding the allocation of portfolios yet. However, the first Modi 3.0 Cabinet meeting is underway and it is being expected that key portfolios will be announced.

It is noteworthy to mention that this delay marks the longest period of speculation as the public waits for the portfolio announcements.
