Mohammed Shami saves man's life after road accident | WATCH video
PTC News Desk: Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami once again hogged the headlines as he turned a life-saver for a person in Nanital. Shami took to social media late Saturday night to share a video of a person who was involved in an accident.
Shami claimed that he and others in the car got the person out of the car before it went downhill, preventing a serious incident. Shami, the cricketer famous for destroying batters with his lethal bowling, became a messiah for an unknown person.
Shami was also in Nainital at the time of the incident. He revealed that the individual's car had crashed downhill right in front of Shami's vehicle. The pacer acted quickly enough to save the person's life.
Shami posted the video to Instagram with the caption, "He's so lucky god gave him 2nd life. His car fell down from the hill road near Nanital just in front of my car. We took him out very safely."
Shami is currently taking a well-deserved break following India's 2023 Cricket World Cup campaign.
Shami's World Cup story was just like a blockbuster movie. Shami did not play in the first four games and made his debut against New Zealand, taking 5/54. He took seven wickets in the semi-finals and finished the tournament as the highest wicket-taker with 24 dismissals.
