Nepal Cabinet bans Indian Currency above INR 100
The Nepal government on Thursday in its meeting of Council of Ministers decided to ban Indian currency of all denominations above rupees 100.

During the meeting, it was decided to not to make use of Indian notes of denominations more than 100 illegal.

According to a Government Spokesperson , ”The government will publish a notice not to use, carry and keep the Indian currency of all denominations above rupees 100”
