A distressing video of the incident, unfortunately streamed live on X (formerly Twitter), depicted Nitin Gadkari being carried away by individuals on stage. Many rushed to form a shield around the BJP leader to provide him and those attending to him with some privacy.
Gadkari, who contested the first phase of the Lok Sabha election as the BJP's Nagpur candidate, fainted during the event.
More details awaited. — Nitin Gadkari (मोदी का परिवार) (@nitin_gadkari) April 24, 2024
