RJD'sappeasement politics and Congress' Sikh genocide': PM Modi's scathing attack on 'Mahagathbandhan' days before high-stakes Bihar polls

PTC News Desk: Days before high-stakes Bihar Assembly Elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack at Congress and RJD at a public rally on Sunday while calling their manifesto a 'bundle of lies' and describing the NDA’s document as an “honest declaration dedicated to Bihar’s rapid development.”

“On one side is the NDA's honest manifesto, and on the other are the jungle raj folks. They have turned their manifesto into a document of lies, deceit, and hoodwinking people,” PM Modi said in Arrah.

PM Modi reiterated his attack on the RJD-led opposition bloc and climed that if voted to power, it would "bring back jungle raj (lawlessness)".

Jungle raj was the darkness that slowly eroded Bihar. The things that define RJD’s jungle raj are katta (country-made guns), cruelty, bitterness, bad manners, misgovernance, and corruption," he said.

While he accused RJD of appeasement politics in Bihar, he established Congress' identity to the genocide of Sikhs.

"If RJD brought jungle raj and appeasement politics to Bihar, then Congress's identity is linked to the genocide of Sikhs. This happened on November 1st and 2nd in 1984. Even today, Congress is giving new positions to the perpetrators of the Sikh genocide within its party with full respect. They are promoting them," he alleged.

Underscoring NDA's developmental agenda, the Prime Minister promised over one crore jobs in the coming years asserting a detailed plan in this regard has already been presented to the public.

“Our resolve is that the youth of Bihar will work in Bihar itself and bring glory to Bihar's name,” he said.
