Pulwama Grenade Attack: Civilians injured as militant hurled grenade near bus stand
As per the report, the grenade attack in Tral, Pulwama, was intended to target the security forces.

However, the grenade missed the target and exploded in the market that led to the injuries to the civilians, the official said.
Meanwhile, the area has been cordoned off while a search operation has been initiated to nab the attackers, he added.

The injured civilians were taken to a hospital where their condition is said to be stable.
According to the sources, the panic gripped in the area following the blast that was sounded in the entire town. Likewise, the people nearby the site ran away for the safety.
It is pertinent to mention that Rajnath Singh had recently stated that India will not tolerate anything that will hurt its self-respect.
Talking about Pakistan, he had said that “Pakistan has been indulging in nefarious actions along the border. Our soldiers have proved that not only this side, but to eliminate terrorism they can go to other side and attack terrorist hideouts if the need arises. India has that capability.”
