BSF recovers six packets of heroin dropped by Pakistani drone
Amritsar, March 27: Border Security Force (BSF) foiled another drug smuggling bid by a Pakistani drone and recovered six packets of suspected heroin from Punjab's Amritsar, authorities informed on Monday.
According to information received, BSF personnel on Sunday night heard the buzzing sound of a drone entering from Pakistan into Indian territory in the area near Village Toor in Amritsar. Personnel deployed at the location intercepted the drone by firing.

On Monday, during a thorough search of the area, BSF troops recovered six big packets of heroin, weighing 6.275 Kg, inside a bag and a bike without a number plate from a field.
