Punjab: Rocket ammunition found in Patiala, cops rule out explosives
PTC News Desk: At least seven to eights rocket ammunition have been found in Patiala's Rajpura on Monday. The incident triggered a wave of panic amongst the resident of the area.
The ammunition was found in a dumping yard near school on Rajpura road in Patiala after police received information about suspicious materials, a senior police officer said.

Several police officials including Patiala SSP Nanak Singh reached the spot and investigating the matter. According tot he preliminary investigation, no explovise material has been found so far.
SSP Nanak Singh while confirming the development said that they had received information about presnece of ammunition by an onlooker prompting them to swing tinto action. The investigation also pointed out that some unknown person had reportedly thrown away the rockets.
The police officials are conducting investigation from all the angles and CCTV cameras are also being rigorously checked.
