Two killed, several injured in explosion triggered by multi-vehicle collision in Punjab's Phagwara
PTC News Desk: A tragic road accident occurred on the Phagwara–Jalandhar National Highway in Punjab. According to reports, two cars, an auto-rickshaw, an Activa scooter, and a motorcycle collided with a tanker on the Phagwara–Jalandhar National Highway.
According to the eye witnesses, two people were killed on the spot while several others got injured. The incident occurred near Chaheru village, where a chain collision involving several vehicles triggered the fire. A passing truck was also damaged after being caught in the flames.
Preliminary findings suggest that the blaze erupted after a series of collisions.
