Punjab Assembly Elections 2022: Congress' Rana Gurjeet Singh is Cabinet Minister of Punjab and current MLA of Kapurthala Assembly Constituency. From 2004 to 2009, he represented the Jalandhar Lok Sabha constituency of Punjab. Gurjeet Singh was elected to the Punjab Vidhan Sabha thrice i.e. in 2002, 2012 and 2017. He also won the 2017 assembly elections with a margin of 28817 votes.
