SAD says writ petition challenging Farm laws should be filed in league with all Kisan organisations

Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Tuesday said the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Lakhowal) decision to file a writ petition in the Supreme Court was ill-advised and said a petition challenging the three Farm laws should be filed only after a consensus is reached on this issue amongst all ‘Kisan’ organizations. SAD leader Prof Prem Singh Chandumajra said in a statement that as far as the SAD was concerned he wanted to make it clear that the party did not have anything to do with the writ petition filed by BKU (Lakhowal).
