Chandigarh, October 19: The captain of the Indian cricket team, Rohit Sharma, has reportedly received several traffic fines for reckless driving on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. According to the Pune Mirror, Rohit was en-route to Pune to join his fellow Indian cricketers ahead of the World Cup 2023 match against Bangladesh when he was issued three online traffic fines for speeding.
The report revealed that Rohit was driving at dangerously high speeds, reaching up to 200 km/h, and at one point, his Lamborghini even touched 215 km/h. These excessive speeds raised concerns among traffic officials. Although the exact date of Rohit's speeding incident is not mentioned, it likely occurred between Monday and Tuesday.

Rohit Sharma and the rest of the Indian cricket squad arrived in Pune on Sunday. It is possible that Rohit decided to spend a day with his family in Mumbai, as Monday was a rest day for the Indian cricketers.
