How to use Google's latest Update — 'Hum to Search'
How does it work?
Google said in a statement that a song’s melody is like its fingerprint. Each song has its own unique identity and hence, Google has built machine learning models that can match your hum, whistle, or sing to the right “fingerprint.”
Whenever you hum a melody into Search, the machine learning models transform the audio into a number-based sequence representing the song’s melody.
Google's models are trained to identify the songs on the basis of a variety of sources, including humans singing, whistling or humming, as well as studio recordings.
