Switch to steel water bottles and carry them with you wherever you go. It will keep you hydrated and reduce the need to buy bottled water.
Reusable containers
Swap plastic wrap and disposable containers for glass, stainless steel or silicone ones. These are not only eco-friendly but also safer for storing food, especially when you're heating.
Single use cutlery alternatives
Try to keep reusable cutlery set and switch to metal or bamboo straws over plastic ones.
Say no to plastic bags
Make sure to keep a stock of reusable cloth or jute bags handy. Refusing plastic bags at stores and supermarkets can certainly help reduce plastic waste
