Trump loses cool, calls Putin 'crazy' as Russia launches war's biggest air attack
PTC News Desk: US President Donald Trump after consistently being patient with Vladimir Putin lost his cool and called his Russian counterpart 'crazy'. Donald Trump, who had previously shown patience with Russian President Vladimir Putin, lost his cool, warning, “If he wants all of Ukraine, it’ll lead to Russia’s downfall.”
While speaking to the reporters, Donald Trump said "I’m not happy with Putin."
"He's killing a lot of people. And I don't know what the hell happened to Putin! I've known him a long time. Always gotten along with him. But he's sending rockets into cities and killing people. And I don't like it at all," he said.
"We're in the middle of talking and he's shooting rockets into Kiev and other cities! I don't like it at all. I don't like what Putin is doing, not even a little bit. He's killing people. And something happened to this guy, and I don't like it," he added.
Earlier on Sunday, Russia launched 367 drones and missiles across Ukraine striking multiple cities including country's capital Kyiv.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy said he was disappointed with the international response, particularly the US. He cautioned that without more forceful action, Russia's ongoing brutality could not be stopped.
"The world may go on vacation, but the war continues, despite weekends and weekdays," Zelenskyy said. "This cannot be ignored. America's silence, and the silence of others in the world, only encourages Putin."
