500 gm gold worth Rs 16 lakh seized in Amritsar
According to a Customs Department official, a passenger coming from Kuala Lumpur was intercepted by the intelligence unit. On search, the accused was found with hidden gold biscuits inside his rectum.
Meanwhile, the Customs Department has seized the gold under provisions of the Customs Act, 1962.
