3 injured in a road accident in Chandigarh

Three persons were injured after a Ford Endeavour hit Ford Figo met at the Sector 45/44/50/51 light point on Sunday. The speeding Ford Endeavour hit the Ford Figo, leaving it turned turtle. All the occupants in Figo were injured.

The injured, Simarpreet, resident of Chandigarh was rushed to PGI. He was discharged after first aid. The other two occupants, Karamjeet and Gurpreet were rushed to Government Multi-Specialty Hospital (GMSH), Sector 16. They were discharged after giving them first aid.

According to the media sources, SUV driver escaped unhurt. The police told the media that they did not receive any complaint in the accident. A daily diary report (DDR) was lodged at the Sector 49 police station.
