Delhi Dy. CM Manish Sisodia with 52 AAP MLA's were detained by Delhi Police on way to PM's residence to surrender. Incident came to light when president of Ghazipur Vegetable Market Association filed complaint against Sisodia accusing him of intimidating businessmen during his official visit.
