ECI order transfer of Bathinda DC Parneet Bharadwaj; B Shrinivasan appointed as new DC

Election commission of India today ordered the transfer of Bathinda DC Parneet Bhardwaj. B Srinivasan has been appointed as the new DC of Bathinda. B Srinivasan would resume his service after he gets relieved from his current charge as General Observer at Telangana. Also, Kumar Rahul will replace Srinivasan as poll General Observer in Telangana.

Meanwhile, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Bathinda will look after the work of DC Bathinda till B Srinivasan joins. Orders have been issued with immediate effect.
