Ex-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi to visit Mohali today

Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress President Rahul Gandhi will be visiting Mohali today to launch the Hindi version of the National Herald publications. Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh will also be present at the function today.

The relaunch of ‘Navjivan’, a Hindi newspaper by the Associated Journals Limited (AJL) will take place during a special ceremony at GMADA sports complex in Mohali. The commemorative publication to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi will also be released today.

Many policemen have been deployed on the route to be taken by the dignitaries today and they would arrive around 11 am and remain there for nearly an hour.
