Fire breaks out on 19th floor of Mumbai's residential building; 1 dead

A fire broke out on the 19th floor of a residential building in Mumbai's Lalbaug area on Friday. Fourteen fire engines were pressed into service.

The incident was reported from the 19th floor of Mumbai's luxury One Avighna Park society. At least one person died in the mishap.

The visuals showed a man falling from the building's 19th floor that was engulfed in flames. The deceased has been identified as Arun Tiwari. Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar and other officials arrived at the spot.
