Moga mayor Ankit Jain will remain in position as earlier, the Punjab and Haryana High Court said on Monday afternoon.
The decision was taken after the court dismissed the petition filed against Ankit Jain in the High Court.
The defeated candidate Prem Chand had filed the petition.
