Man held with pistol, bullets at Delhi Metro station
A 58-year-old man was taken into custody for allegedly carrying a country-made pistol and bullets in his bag on Friday at a Delhi Metro Station.

The 58-year-old man was identified as G Ahamad, a resident of Samastipur, Bihar. He was apprehended at the Chandni Chowk metro station at about 11:30 am after X-ray baggage scanner detected the gun and three bullets in this bag.

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel handed over the man to the local police for further investigation. A police officer told the media sources that they are trying to access the situation. He also told that carrying arms and ammunition in the Delhi Metro is banned by law.
