MCC officials to come to office on bicycles every Wednesday.

Municipal Corporation Chandigarh was on Monday directed by the Commissioner to come to office by cycles on every Wednesday of the week, in order to keep the city clean and to improve their health conditions.

Jitender Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh took the decision.

The decision has been taken in order to promote cycling in the city beautiful, and reduce the traffic in the city simultaneously.

The decision will also keep MCC employees healthy and will ensure efficiency in the office.

City beautiful will now witness another drive to keep the city clean and its people healthy. If the officials can do, why can't we?
