Security forces neutralise terrorist in J-K's Rajouri, search op underway
Rajouri (Jammu and Kashmir), June 2: Security forces neutralised a terrorist in an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district on Friday morning, officials said.
The encounter was reported in the Dassal forest area of the district, the officials informed. "A terrorist was killed in the encounter in Rajouri's Dassal forest area," officials stated.
"A search operation in the area is underway," they added.
More details are awaited.
Earlier, two terrorists linked to the banned group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) were apprehended in Baramulla on Thursday, along with rifles and ammunition. The accused was found with two Chinese Pistols, two pistol magazines, and fifteen live pistol rounds.
