19 new faces in PM's cabinet reshuffle. Prakash Javadekar has been promoted to Cabinet rank. The other new ministers included are Faggan Singh Kulaste, SS Ahluwalia, Ramesh Chandappa Jigajinagi, Vijay Goel, Rajen Gohain, Anil Madhav Dave, Parshottam Rupala, MJ Akbar, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Jaswantsinh Bhabhor, Mahendra Nath Pandey, Ajay Tamta, Krishna Raj, Mansukh Mandaviya, CR Chaudhary, PP Chaudhary , Subhash Bhamre, Anupriya Singh Patel and Ramdas Athawale. The assigning of ministers and other portfolios will be announced later today.
