Amritsar court grants bail to SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia in FIR no. 91 case
After hearing all arguments, the court approved the bail applications of all three accused.
PTC News Desk: An Amritsar court on Saturday granted bail to former Punjab minister Bikram Singh Majithia in case involving FIR no. 91, providing significant relief to senior SAD leader.
Along with Majithia, Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee member Jodh Singh Samra, who is also the Jandiala constituency in-charge, and Hamza village sarpanch Jatinder Singh Saba have also been granted bail.

A day earlier, the court had heard arguments on the bail petition. Senior advocates Arshdeep Singh Kler and Damanbir Singh Sobti represented Majithia in court. After hearing all arguments, the court approved the bail applications of all three accused.
