Navjot Kaur, the daughter of Punjab and the first woman to win gold medal in Asian wrestling championship arrives at Sri Guru Ramdas International Airport, Amritsar today.

Upon arriving, she was warmly welcomed by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and representatives of the Shiromani Akali Dal at the airport.

What's disappointing is that no representative from the Punjab Government was present to welcome the champion who made Punjab proud internationally. Navjot Kaur expressed extreme disappointment on the same.
