Punjab's Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal ‘FAKE’ claims of building AIIMS

State Finance Minister Manpreet Badal have locked horns over the delay in the AIIMS project. According to the sources, no construction work ever started.

Manpreet told the media that the construction work of AIIMS is going on a bigger scale, but the reality is that the Environment Department has not even issued NOC.

Mohinder Pal Garg, the Chief Engineer of the company HITES, Government of India, confirmed the stoppage of work to be done by the departments of the Punjab Government.
