Shwet Malik, Punjab BJP Chief pays obeisance at the Golden Temple, Amritsar
Bharatiya Janata Party's newly appointed Punjab President Shwet Malik pays obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib, Amritsar on Friday.
Shiromani Akali Dal and Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee honoured the newly elected President. BJP leaders and workers warmly welcomed the Punjab party president in the holy city Amritsar.
Bharatiya Janata Party on March 31 announced the appointment of Rajya Sabha MP Shwet Malik as Punjab BJP state president. Earlier, Vijay Sampla held the same position.
He will formally assume office on April 8 at the state party headquarters in Chandigarh.
