A petition has been filed in Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking a CBI probe or the formation of Special Investigation Team to investigate the Amritsar Rail Mishap.

This petition has been filed by a teacher from Gurugram. The person has blamed the Punjab Government, DGP, Navjot Kaur Sidhu and concerned authorities and councillors in his petition.
