Arun Jaitley Death: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has shared an emotional message for the former Finance Minister and senior BJP leader over his sad demise, on Saturday. Rajnath Singh said, "Deeply anguished by the demise of my friend and an extremely valued colleague Shri Arun Jaitley Ji. He was a proficient lawyer by profession and an efficient politician by passion."

Also, he said, "Arun Jaitley Ji served the nation in several capacities and he was an asset to the government and the party organization. He always had a deep and clear understanding of the issues of the day. His knowledge and articulation won him, several friends." 
"Jaitley Ji will always be remembered for pulling the economy out of the gloom and putting it back on the right track. The BJP will miss Arunji’s presence. I extend my heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family", added Rajnath Singh.

Arun Jaitley was admitted in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi. Arun Jaitley was suffering from breathing problems. Also, Arun Jaitley didn't contest Lok Sabha Elections 2019. While Sushma Swaraj has died, he shared condolences to her, but later got admitted to the AIIMS.
