'Picture Abhi Baaki Hai': Raghav Chadha counters AAP over allegations of ignoring Punjab issues
PTC News Desk: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha on Sunday released a third video to respond to allegations made against him by his own party. The AAP had cited these issues as one of the reasons for removing him as Deputy Leader in the Rajya Sabha and appointing Ashok Mittal in his place.
In the video, Chadha shared clips from Rajya Sabha sessions showing him raising several issues related to Punjab. These included concerns about the falling water table, the state’s water crisis, the demand for a legal MSP for farmers, and the need to create corridors between India and Pakistan so that pilgrims can visit important gurdwaras there, including Nankana Sahib.
Captioning the video “Picture Abhi Baaki Hai”, Chadha dismissed AAP’s claim that he had not been raising issues concerning Punjab in his speeches in Parliament.

“Punjab isn’t a talking point for me. It is my home, my duty, my soil, my soul,” he said.
Chadha said that Punjab, which he represents in the Rajya Sabha, is very important to him and not just a topic for discussion. Since his removal, he and the AAP have been openly criticising each other.
