Punjab Assembly elections 2022: Lok Insaf Party (LIP) had fielded Balwinder Singh Bains to contest the upcoming Punjab Assembly Elections from the Ludhiana South constituency. He is a member of the Punjab Legislative Assembly. In 2012, he contested as an independent candidate and won the election.
