On Wednesday , the Punjab government submitted its report in a sealed packet in the High Court. Taking the dig at the submitted report, a bunch of high courts observed, ”Such kind of Commission makes a negative impact on the investigation of the matter”. The bench held that ,”the investigation of the matter should not have been withdrawn from the central bureau of Investigation (CBI) under the political pressure.
