Bathinda : 24-year-old youth dies of ‘drug overdose’
An 24-year-old youth died of alleged drug overdose at Talwandi Sabo in Bathinda.
The deceased has been identified as Lavpreet Singh of Shekhu village of Bathinda district.The body of the deceased was found in his room on Sunday.
The police said a preliminary investigation revealed that it was a case of drug overdose death.
According to father of the deceased, Lavpreet had been taking drugs for several years.
The post-mortem examination of the deceased will be performed on Monday morning.
