Much-awaited crime thriller series 'Mirzapur 3' to release on THIS date ; check details
'Mirzapur' Season 3: Known for its gritty portrayal of crime, power struggles, and politics in the fictional town of Mirzapur, 'Mirzapur Season 1 & 2' is a cliffhanger and it left the viewers wondering about the future of some of their beloved characters.
The second season delves deeper into the dynamics between the characters, introducing new alliances and conflicts, as well as expanding on the consequences of past actions. With its intense plotlines, complex characters, and dramatic twists with some questions which left unanswered such as why Kaleen Bhaiyya (Pankaj Tripathi) was saved by Sharad (Anjum Sharma)? What will be his fate?
The answers to such various mysteries might see the light as makers of Mirzapur starring Pankaj Tripathi and Ali Fazal on Tuesday dropped a teaser of Season 3 of the webseries.
Taking to Instagram, streaming platform Amazon Prime treated fans with the teaser video.
The teaser features several moments from the upcoming season. A voiceover lays the groundwork for what is in store for the viewers using the metaphor of the many animals in the 'battle of the jungle'.
Sharing the teaser, they wrote, Jungle mein bhaukaal machne wala hai! #MirzapurOnPrime, July 5."
As soon as the teaser was unveiled, fans flooded the comment section.
Farhan Akhtar also posted on his Insta, "The wait is over. Mark the date.#MirzapurOnPrime, July 5."
'Mirzapur' series is set in the lawless land of Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, and revolves around crime, power struggles, and politics among mafia dons and other influential individuals. The story follows the intertwined lives of several characters, including the ruthless Kaleen Bhaiya, his son Munna, and two brothers Guddu and Bablu, who become embroiled in the violent world of drugs, guns, and power.
The web series was released on November 16, 2018.
