This song by Moosewala is now available on Spotify, with its video set to be released soon. Despite the somber circumstances, the song has garnered significant appreciation from fans.
Renowned Indian rapper Divine took to Instagram to announce the release of Sidhu Moosewala's song. He expressed that the song holds a special place in his heart. Divine also shared a photo of himself with Moosewala, generating immense excitement among their followers.
Rapper Divine, whose real name is Vivian Divine, is an acclaimed Indian rapper. He gained prominence in Mumbai with his debut track 'Yeh Mera Bombay' in 2013. Notably, Divine emerged from a middle-class family and left home at a young age. His mother later relocated to Qatar with Divine and his siblings to make ends meet.
This release follows the unfortunate murder of Sidhu Moosewala. Prior to 'Chorni,' three other songs titled 'SYL,' 'War,' and 'Mera Na' had been unveiled. The government had banned the song 'SYL.' According to Moosewala's family, several pending songs will gradually be released, introducing the audience to Moosewala's father Balkaur Singh, who holds a special place in their hearts.
On May 29, 2022, Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala was fatally shot by assailants in Pind Jawaharke. The responsibility for the murder was claimed by Canada-based gangster Goldie Brar. While the police have apprehended the shooters, the mastermind behind the crime remains at large.
