As the farmers protest against farm laws 2020 entered its 43rd day at Delhi borders, the Central government has sent a fresh proposal unofficially to the farmers' organisations through Baba Lakha Singh Ji to end the deadlock in between them. The farmers were adamant to get farm laws 2020 repealed. Meanwhile, Baba Lakha Singh Ji on Thursday met Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar after which he asked the religious personality to take the proposal to farmers. According to the sources, the Central government in its unofficial proposal to farmers stated that it was ready to give the state government right to decide whether it wants to implement these laws in its state or not.
