New Delhi, May 16: Indian cuisine, renowned for its diverse flavors and rich history, has garnered fans worldwide. Joining the ranks of enthusiasts is billionaire Elon Musk, who expressed his admiration for Indian food on Twitter.

Indian cuisine offers a vibrant tapestry of flavors, colors, and textures, providing an unparalleled culinary experience. As globalization brings people from different countries closer together, an increasing number of individuals are discovering their love for Indian dishes. Recently, Elon Musk added himself to the list of Indian food lovers.


On Tuesday, a Twitter user named Daniel shared an enticing image of butter chicken, naan, and rice, along with the comment, "I love basic b***h Indian food; it's so insanely good." Musk wholeheartedly agreed, responding with a simple yet resounding, "True."

As expected, the Tesla CEO's single-word affirmation delighted Indians and fellow fans of desi cuisine. Many expressed their gratitude for his praise of Indian food on an international platform, while some extended invitations for him to visit India and savor authentic regional delicacies. Within a mere three hours of posting, Musk's reply garnered over 1.7 million views, 21,400 likes, and 1,206 retweets.

One user eagerly suggested, "Try it yourself; there are thousands of varieties to explore. You should try different dishes every day. Please plan a visit to India for the real taste of India." Another user chimed in, "When will you visit India and try authentic foods from the 28 states and 8 union territories? Each state has its own culture, cuisine, language, and people."

Even actor Ranvir Shorey joined the conversation, stating, "Not to brag, but Indian cuisine is the most diverse and evolved in the world."

In a separate incident, Eric Garcetti, the US ambassador to India, recently visited Maharashtra Bhawan in Delhi, where he indulged in a delectable array of dishes. A video capturing the ambassador relishing Kokum ka sherbet, vada pav, sago, bharli vangi, and saoji mutton, among other delicacies, quickly went viral, further highlighting the widespread appreciation for Indian cuisine.

Elon Musk's endorsement of Indian food on social media has sparked excitement and further amplified the global recognition of India's diverse and tantalizing culinary offerings.
