Border Security Force (BSF) jawans on Thursday seized thirteen packets of heroin with an estimated market value of Rs 25 crore from the India-Pakistan border in the Attari sector.

BSF jawans who were on duty at in haropal in Amritsar sector found packets of heroin.

According to BSF officials, each packet weighs 5.60 kg and the total worth of the five packets is estimated to be Rs 25 crore in the international market.

This year, the Border Security Force has seized nearly 230 kg of heroin along the Indo-Pakistan border.
