Punjab police inspector and in charge of the operational team of Organised Crime Control Unit (OCCU) of Punjab Police, Vikram Brar has refuted allegations of Vicky Gounder family regarding his intimation with Goundar and the killing him with betrayal. Vikram Brar has denied any links or acquaintances with Goundar in the past. Talking to media reports, Vikram Brar who was the leader of police team who killed Goundar and his aide in encounter on January 26 in Rajasthan said, the allegations are totally baseless and absurd he was in no way classmate of Goundar. “Neither I had studied in Jalandhar nor he went to Sports School,” Inspector Vikram Brar added to the statement.
